About Us
Kiwi Complete Workwear was created to provide high-quality, reliable workwear that works as hard as the people wearing it. Based in Kildare, we support trades, contractors, and professional teams with workwear clothing that delivers real comfort, durability, and performance on site. This is not catalogue-led workwear. It is chosen through real-world use, tested daily in demanding working environments, and refined based on practical experience.
The business is owned by Sammy Darragh, founder of Kiwi Complete Bathrooms, a well-established bathroom installation company with multiple teams working on active sites every day. Through years spent managing crews and working directly within the trade, Sammy saw first-hand how poorly fitted or low-quality work clothes impact productivity, comfort, and morale. Workwear needed to perform properly, not just look presentable.
While sourcing men's workwear and women's workwear for his own teams, Sammy discovered Mascot workwear and immediately noticed the difference in fit, comfort, and build quality. After introducing it across his workforce, feedback from staff was consistently positive. Comfort improved. Durability improved. On-site performance followed.
From Trade Experience to Trusted Workwear Supplier
As interest grew from customers and fellow tradespeople, a small workwear stand was introduced inside the Kiwi Complete Bathrooms showroom. The response was immediate. Local trades, contractors, and businesses began requesting the same workwear clothing used by the installation teams.
That demand led to the full rollout of Mascot workwear across all 30 bathroom installation staff, and from there, Kiwi Complete Workwear was officially launched. Today, we supply safety wear, workwear, and custom workwear solutions to businesses that value reliability and consistency.
